MRS. MEYER’S GLASS

The classic cleaning brand came to Smart for help creating a premium, reusable platform for their foaming hand soap and all purpose cleaning spray to help meet their sustainability goals. We worked with them to identify the right materials, forms, and logo treatment to translate the brand’s visual identity onto durable vessels that people would be proud to leave out. This included design of the glass bottles, soap and spray hardware, concentrate bottles, secondary packaging, and user journey mapping.

OXO Pet

A new line of pet-specific products from the iconic kitchen brand OXO, designed to embody the brand’s ethos of reliable and accessible everyday products. I played a part in the early stages of concepting, prototyping, and testing for multipleproducts:
The handheld treat container was inspired by conversations with pet owners, who told us about the importance of having treats on hand throughout the house to help reinforce good behavior. Its compact, rounded form is easy to grip and looks nice enough to leave out, while the flip open lid makes it easy to dispense treats in fewer steps.
Slow feeders are popular across different breeds and ages, but they are notoriously difficult to clean - and usually made of plastic. Our concept relies on a removable slow feeder insert, making the product easier to clean and offering multiple functions from a single bowl. The bowl itself is stainless steel for improved hygiene and health, while a plastic outer base protects floors, prevents sliding, and mates with the accompanying Easy-Clean Feeding Mat.
